Based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former scientist and aerospace engineer of the Indian Space Research Organisation, being falsely accused of espionage in 1994, Rocketry : The Nambiar Effect opened to tepid response on its first day at the box office with Rs 1.73 crore in all languages. Rocketry showed a very good growth eventually thanks to the reviews which are excellent. The collections trended up with a good Rs 13.76 crore in first week in all languages.

JugJugg Jeeyo 2nd Tuesday Box Office – Crosses 70 Crore

 It showed a very good hold on 2nd Monday with Rs 1.20 crore. As per early trade report, the biopic drama actually grew on 2nd Tuesday with Rs 1.30-1.35 crore, bringing the 14 days total to around Rs 22 crore. The budget of the biopic drama is Rs 60 crore in Hindi, Tamil and English.
