Anek has just opened to a poor response with Rs 2.11 crore which is below than Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui that minted Rs 3.75 crore. There was a slight growth on Saturday with Rs 2.30 crore but Sunday collections dipped to Rs 1.95 crore. The collection on Monday crashed and burnt with somewhere between Rs 70-80 lakhs, bringing the first four days total to around 7 crore which is extremely poor. The collection on Saturday was close to Rs 3.70 crore followed by a slightly better Sunday with Rs 3.75 crore, bringing the first weekend total to Rs 12.45 crore.

As per early trade report, the flight action drama dropped to Rs 1.50 crore on Monday, bringing the overall total to Rs 14 crore (approx). However, the story was different at the US domestic market as Top Gun 2 became the best debut ever for Tom Cruise, scoring $124 million in first three days since its release but predicting to touch $151 million on Monday due to the Memorial Day holiday. This will beat Tom Cruise's previous record, War Of The World, which debuted with $64.5 million. Top Gun 2 will bring the worldwide total to 260-261 million worldwide.
