Yash starrer KGF 2 has completed 1 days at the box office with a bang as it remained unaffected with new releases - Heropanti 2 and Runway 34. The action drama opened to an excellent response and the collections just got better as the word of mouth review is solid as per Book My Show. The action drama held well on the weekdays, bringing the first extended week total to Rs 268.63 crore. On 2nd Friday, it faced Jersey starring Shahid Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur, and Pankaj Kapur but remained unaffected, minting Rs 80.18 crore in the second week.

New Release Dates – Mission Majnu and Govinda Naam Mera Postponed

Last Friday, there were two big EID releases - Heropanti 2 and Runway 34, but Yash starrer continued to climb up the ladder with a stellar support on 3rd Friday with Rs 4.25 crore, on 3rd Saturday with Rs 7.25 crore and on 3rd Sunday with Rs 9.27 crore. The action drama held really well on 3rd Monday, which is the 19th day since its release, with Rs 3.75 crore. On 3rd Tuesday, EID festival brought cheers as the action drama moved up by almost 100% growth with Rs 8-8.60 crore, bringing the total around a sensational Rs 381-382 crore in the Hindi version.
