AR Rehman gets shocked as Parthiban lost his control and threw the mic at the audience.
Director Parthiban launched the first song from his upcoming film, 'Iravin Nizhal' along with music composer AR Rahman on Sunday, May 1. The audience were in for a shock when he threw his mic down the stage as it did not work while he was having a conversation with AR Rahman on the stage.
An upset Parthiban apparently lost his cool and threw the mic, but later understood his mistake and apologised for losing his cool. At the event, while Parthiban and AR Rahman were conversing with each other on stage, the microphone that Parthiban did not work suddenly. When Robo Shankar, who was standing below the stage, asked him to pass the microphone, Parthiban lost his cool and said, "You should have asked this before," and threw the microphone at him and the audience.
AR Rahman himself along with the audience was shocked at the incident that happened. Later he said that he regretted the way he reacted to the incident and also said that he was under a lot of pressure and emotional.
Iravin Nizhal is about a 50-year-old man looking back on his life, and showcases the different stages of this person's life.
