Mai on Netflix India, a crime thriller starring Sakshib Tanwar has been trending on no. 1 in India on the streaming app.
Receiving rave reviews, ‘Mai’ has garnered accolades from audience, critics and the fans have already requested for Season 2. Promoting her series, Mai, Sakshi Tanwar will be seen in Sony TV’s Bade Achhe Lagte Hain show tonight.
From her character Priya in season 1 to making a special appearance in the show as ‘Sheel’ for her latest series, Sakshi Tanwar’s character transitions are commendable.
Taking to its official Twitter page, Sony Entertainment Television has initiated a fun banter with Netflix India and has tweeted a promo saying, “OH MAI GOD, @NetflixIndia What have you done with our sweet Priya? 😭”
To which Netflix India replied in a fun way and said, “Bade achhe lagte hain, no matter what she does” 🥰
Sony TV replied back and said, “But don’t you think she killed it?" (We’re talking about the role, of course, 😅)
And Netflix shared, “She’s always full of surprises” 🥺💯
Joining the banter, TV star Nakuul Mehta also tweeted, “Gaiz, I know who the killer is.. Now accepting bribes!”
In Mai, Sakshi Tanwar plays ‘Sheel’, an ordinary docile wife and mother who is put under extraordinary circumstances and goes to lengths to uncover the truth after her daughter is murdered.
