Popular Kannada Actor Puneeth Rajkumar's last film James is going to release on this special day which is highly anticipated.
Son of superstar Dr. Rajkumar, Puneeth Rajkumar was working in the gym in the morning when he suffered the heart attack. He was immediately rushed to the Vikram hospital in Bangalore where the doctors called that his condition was serious and shifted him later to the ICU where he finally passed away in October 2021.
Now, his last film James is all set for a big release for which the poster was unveiled on Republic Day, Wednesday, 26th January, where the superstar is shown as a solider, holding a machine gun against the backdrop of a battlefield. Now, as per Bollywood Life, we got to know that James might be releasing on 17th March 2022 before Holi which, coincidentally, which also marks the birthday of Puneeth Rajkumar. James is written and directed by Chethan Kumar. The movie also stars Anu Prabhakar, Srikanth, R Sarathkumar, Tilak Shekar and Mukesh Rishi among others.

Puneeth Rajkumar started his career as a child artist in 1985 with Bettadu Hoovi and went on to win National Award for Best Child Artist. He finally made debut as an actor in 2002 with Appu. Famously called as "Powerstar, he also acted in around 29 films and shown amazing performances in Vasantha Geetha (1980), Bhagyavantha (1981), Chalisuva Modagalu (1982), Eradu Nakshatragalu (1983), Bhakta Prahaladha, Yarivanu and Bettada Hoovu (1985).
