The Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Pankaj Tripathi starrer 83 faced further restrictions but did show slight growth in its third weekend. 83 opened on a low note and managed to stay on below-than-expected collections in first week with Rs 71.87 crore. The good news was that 83 did not face any competition due to Shahid Kapoor starrer Jersey and RRR getting postponed. The cricket biopic drama got a solid boost on second weekend but crashed on the weekdays with no respite, minting Rs 25.08 crore. It was fine on third Friday with Rs 80 lakhs and showed slight growth on third Saturday with Rs 1.29 crore while Sunday was good with Rs 1.4 crore. There was a big crash on 3rd Monday with Rs 34 lakhs.

As per early trade report, 83 dropped on third Tuesday with 20-30 lakhs, bringing the 19 days total to around Rs 101 crore. The budget of 83 is Rs 200 crore. This film is directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Reliance Entertainment, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Vibri Media.

The Allu Arjun and Fahad Faasil starrer Pushpa is still doing fabulous business inspite of OTT release. The action drama opened to an outstanding Rs 26.95 crore in its first week followed by Rs 20.24 crore in the second week and Rs 25.06 in its third week. The Sandalwood action drama entered the fourth weekend on a good note where it minted Rs 1.95 crore on Friday while Saturday and Sunday were excellent with Rs 2.56 crore and Rs 3.48 crore. Pushpa dropped to Rs 1.10 crore on fourth Monday but held well on fourth Tuesday with Rs 1 crore, bringing the solid total to Rs 83 crore.
Pushpa had also crossed its budget which was Rs 180 crore as it collected Rs 186.72 crore in all languages from around 3000 screens across India.
