One of the most awaited film of 2021, Pushpa, starring Allu Arjun and Faahad Faasil released yesterday at the box office with good numbers.

In his first ever big release in multiple language, Allu Arjun stars in the action thriller, Pushpa, which released across India in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages worldwide in theatres. While the first part of action drama will be released in Christmas 2021, the makers have not revealed the release date of the second part. The film also stars Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika Mandanna in key roles. Based on the story of the red sanders smuggling in the Seshachalam Hills of the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh, Pushpa has music composed by Devi Sri Prasad, with cinematography and editing performed by Miroslaw Kuba Brozek and Karthika Srinivas respectively.

The morning show occupancy was decent but picked up well in the evening and night shows at the box office. The Hindi version of the film has collected Rs 3 crore on its first day which is actually surprising, considering Pushpa being a dubbed film. Pushpa did extremely well in other languages, collecting a massive Rs 45 crore which is outstanding. The budget of Pushpa is Rs 180 crore and has been released in around 3000 screens across India.
