After the successful collaboration of Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, the dynamic duo were back with Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham..and this time, icing on the cake was Amitabh Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan. To mark this special day, let us see how much the family-drama earned in its life time.
Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham tells the story of Yashovardhan Raichand (Amitabh Bachchan) and his wife Nandini (Jaya Bachchan) who have raised their children – Rahul (Shah Rukh Khan) and Rohan (Hrithik Roshan), and tried to pass on the his family’s tradition, culture and heritage. However, Rahul falls in love with Anjali (Kajol) and breaks the rule of the Raichand’s family law leading to his disowning by Yashovardhan. Rohan learns about this later and takes the courage to re-unite the broken family.

Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.. also had fantastic music composed by Sandesh Shandilya and Jatin – Lalit while the lyrics were penned by Sameer.
