Earlier today BTS made an announcement through Twitter that they would be performing their hit single “Butter” with Megan Thee Stallion at the 2021 American Music Awards.
On 27th August 2021, Megan Thee Stallion and BTS released a remix of “Butter which was loved by all fans.
The group also met up with the artist in person when they were in New York to speak at the Sustainable Development Goals Moment at the United Nations General Assembly.
BTS is nominated for three awards at the 2021 American Music Awards: Favorite Pop Duo or Group, Favorite Pop Song (for “Butter”), and for the first time ever, Artist of the Year.
