Australia lift the ban on the international travelling for the citizens. On Wednesday the government announced that the country's border is set to open for the skilled workers and international students by the end of the year.

This discussion came as the country's double dose of vaccination of adults rate is 80 percent.

The joint statement of Health and Home Affairs Minister said: It's More than 18 months after Australia closed its international borders. The fully vaccination citizens will now have to seek an exemption to leave the country.

Home Affairs minister Karen Andrews said that while Australian citizens were currently being prioritised, more travel restrictions -- including for some non-citizens -- would be eased as vaccination rates increased.

Also she said- "Before the end of the year, we anticipate welcoming fully vaccinated skilled workers and international students."

Australia now "very close" to announcing the travel bubble with Singapore, which was announced late on Tuesday that Australian no longer to quarantine on arrival, Prime Minister Scott Morrison.

The Qantas flights to the city-state are scheduled to resume on November 22.

Prime Minister Morrison told Channel 7 television- "We're working to a timetable around about then which will see other visa-holders -- in addition to Australians returning or going to Singapore and returning who are double vaccinated -- being able to come to Australia."

About the quarantine arrangements for the vaccinated residents will depends on where they will arrive in Australia.

The Sydney has keep the quarantine for returning travellers and also the other Australian states with lower vaccination rates still have mandatory the 14-day hotel quarantine requirements.
