Oil free Pakoda:
To make oil free Pakoda you need
- 1 cup gram flour
- half cup semolina
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- Half cup grated raw potato
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- Half cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp chilli
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Spoon cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ajwain and salt to taste.
- Cover the mixture for fifteen minutes.
- After fifteen minutes, the mixture is ready for pakoda
How to make Oil free Pakoda:
- First take a non stick pan.
- Heat this pan over medium heat.
- Once the pan is hot
- Add bhaji of thick mixture in the pan.
- Cover the pan and let it simmer over low heat.
- After two to three minutes remove the lid and turn the pakoda over on the other side.
- When the pakoda is turned over
- Cover the pan again
- Bake till the Pakoda turns golden.

- Take roasted potatoes.
- Its skin should be removed.
- Finely chop the potatoes.
- Add cumin powder and red chili powder.
- Knead the mixture well.

- Take the dough.
- Knead it again and make it soft.
- One should do three equal waves.
- Roll them like bread.
- Then put a drop of oil on the beehive and spread it on the beehive.
