1. Best Opening Day Record Of All Time

WAR had collected Rs 51.60 crore in Hindi version beating the record of the Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Thugs Of Hindostan, which held the record for the highest opening day collection in Bollywood with Rs 50.75 crore (Hindi version). Co-incidentally, both films are produced by Yash Raj Films. With Tamil and Telugu version (Rs 1.75 crore), WAR has done a spellbinding business of Rs 53.35 crore and again beating Thugs Of Hindostan which collected Rs 52.25 crore (in all versions)

2. Third Best Advance Booking Collections Of All Time

The most awaited Bollywood film of 2019, WAR, had a superb the advance collections which opened last Friday and was the third best (Rs 33 crore) after Avengers: Endgame – Rs 49.62 crore and Bahubali: The Conclusion – Rs 37.53 crore.

3. Best Opening Film In The Morning Show Of 2019

No Time To Die 1st Day Report – Opens On A Decent Note

The outstanding trailer, chart bursting songs, Gandhi Jayanti holiday and early positive reviews from the audience led the action drama open to an occupancy of 70% in the morning shows across India and crossed the morning occupancy range of Salman Khan starrer Bharat which opened with 60% occupancy range, becoming the best opening film of 2019.

4. Best Opening Film For Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff

WAR broke the previous record of Bang Bang which opened with Rs 27.55 crore. Tiger Shroff saw his best opening film after Baaghi 2 (Rs 25.10 crore). It turns out to be the best opening for the director Siddharth Anand and Yash Raj Films as well.

5. Highest Single Day Collections

With an estimated Rs 53.35 [Hiindi -51.60 crore; Telugu – 1.05 crore, Tamil – Rs 70 lakhs] crores on the cards, WAR had broken the highest single day collections of Aamir Khan starrer Thugs Of Hindostan which earned Rs 52.75 crores (all versions)

WAR has broken the record for the best opening film released on Gandhi Jayanti by beating Bang Bang which minted Rs 27.55 crores.
