After a solid four days, the Ammy Virk and Sargun Mehta starrer Qismat 2 held very well on its first Tuesday at the box office.

Qismat was released in 2018 and starred Ammy Virk and Sargun Mehta who created magic with their sparkling chemistry. Directed by Jagdeep Sidhu, the romantic drama was well received by the audience and went on to earn a solid Rs 31.28 crore at just a shoe-string budget of Rs 1.28 crore. Now, the lovely pair is back with the sequel which released on 23rd September and took a good opening at the ticket window.

Qismat 2 opened well with a solid opening of Rs 1.32 crore which has previous record held by Chal Mera Putt 2 which opened with Rs 1.05 crore on its first day. The collections on Friday was slightly better with Rs 1.40 crore while Saturday and Sunday was rock solid with Rs 1.80 crore and Rs 2.50 crore. On Monday, the romantic drama held very well collecting an electrifying Rs 1.05 crore with a drop of less than 30%.

As per early estimates, Qismat 2 held well on Tuesday with somewhere around Rs 85-90 lakhs, bringing the six days collections to Rs 8.70-8.90 crore. This film is directed by Jagdeep Sidhu and produced by Ankit Vijan, Navdeep Narula under the banner of Shri Narotam Ji Production in association with Zee Studios.
