Directed by Vikram Bhatt, Raaz 3 was the continuation of a hit “Raaz” franchise and the audience were already waiting eagerly for the movie thanks to the catchy promotion, sleazy sex scenes, hit songs and star cast. Though panned by critics, Raaz 3 was one of the biggest hit of 2012, collecting Rs 68 crore against a budget of Rs 31 crore.
