Met with heart-warming reviews. Puaada has done well in the East Punjab where it saw a release in 70 theaters, only allowing 50% occupancy. Puaada has also released in the city of Delhi, bringing the overall theater count to 70. As per BoxOffice India, Puaada has also 2800 tickets in advance at the PVR theaters (Awaiting final figure).
As per Ammy Virk, who also has an OTT release today in form of Ajay Devgn’s Bhuj, “Puaada is having the biggest release for an Ammy Virk & Sonam Bajwa starrer outside of Punjab in India and also in the overseas markets.” The reviews of Puaada have been doing the round and it has been very good till now.
The advances of Puaada has been good as per the early report and if the audience comes out in the Independence Day weekend, there are chances that the film might open somewhere between 35-50%. If the comedy drama is able to achieve this figure, it will be a big win for the film.
