Backed with solid star cast comprising of Salman Khan, Preity Zinta and Rani Mukerji coupled with popular director and beautiful songs, Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega had all the elements to make it a commercial hit. Directed by Raj Kanwar and produced by Sajid Nadiawala, Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega had chart bursting songs composed by Anu Malik which also leveraged the movie.

Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega opened well at the box office and did good business with Rs 15.27 crore against a budget of Rs 13 crore.
