The marketing agency Whiteline Group announced that from beginning of July to December, employees will be given paid "Tinder leave" to create romantic connections on the dating app. The company would also cover the cost of the higher-tiered Tinder Gold and Tinder Platinum subscriptions for all employees. The number of days for the leave haven’t been specified.

“Our employees can use Tinder leave for dating with someone," Whiteline Group said in a LinkedIn post. This initiative was taken by the company to improve the well being of the employees working at the marketing agency.

Employees who want Tinder leave need to give a week's notice and get six months of paid Tinder subscriptions, which include premium features such as seeing who liked them, matching with global users, and writing messages with Super Likes. The offer is only available to employees who have completed their probation period and will join the organization between July 9 and December 31, 2024.

The Tinder leave was introduced at the company after one of the staff members complained about being too busy to date. Managers at the marketing agency pointed out that research showed that being in love can increase happiness, which could make work more fun. The marketing agency, ‘Whiteline Group’ founded in Bangkok, has about 200 employees.
