Today the entire world is observing World Health Day and in these testing times, the entire world is getting a reality check about staying fit. But apart from being physically fit, this lockdown also imposed a sense of understanding among people to stay mentally sane as well. So here’s we roped in actress Donal Bisht who spoke in length about how can you keep yourself physically and mentally fit at the same time.
Donal said “According to me, doing Yoga helps a lot. It keeps you mentally and physically strong. Apart from that maintaining a routine is very important. Since the lockdown has been imposed again, if you are following a routine then it makes your life much easier and sorted, and you stay mentally relaxed. And you also have to be specific about what you’re doing in a day. For instance, what time to wake up, what time to sleep, etc. Also, exercising once in a day will keep you sane mentally and physically fit”.
