Jalebi movie star, Digangana Suryavanshi who is known for her notable performances in films like Fry-Day and Hippi, candidly spoke about her views about fitness on the occasion of World Health Day. The actress who is an advocate for vegetarian food believes that your appetite plays a key role in keeping your system clean.
She says “I think at this point it is very important to stay farse. And to put your energies into yourself and only those people about whom you love and care about. And right now it is more about trying to cut down all the unnecessary food that we intake like it could be junk food and everything that satiates your taste buds. And try and eat everything healthy. I am a vegetarian, and I advocate vegetarian food because it truly cleanses up your system, and it is extremely healthy. And I think yoga, meditation is the best ways to keep yourself sane. Because weight training is something I am not doing for a long time now. Recently I did because I was outside shooting. Afterward whenever I am home, functional training like bodyweight you can lift your own body and sweat it like nothing else”
On the professional front, the actress is currently shooting for her upcoming Bollywood film ‘The Battle Of Bhima Koregaon’ and her upcoming Telugu film ‘Seetimaarr’.
