Zomato Office Video Goes Viral
A video showcasing luxury cars parked at Zomato and Blinkit’s headquarters in Gurgaon has gone viral on Instagram. The clip features several high-end vehicles, including Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal’s renowned Aston Martin. Goyal became the proud owner of India’s first Aston Martin DB12 last year, a ₹4.5 crore sports car in Satin Aston Martin Racing Green. The video also displays some of Goyal's other luxury cars, such as a Porsche 911 Turbo S, Lamborghini Urus, and Ferrari Roma. Additionally, Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa’s Audi, Mercedes, and BMW Z4 M40i can be seen parked there.
Shared by a popular meme page on Instagram, the video has garnered over a million views. Reactions have ranged from admiration to amusement. Many users jokingly linked Goyal's luxury lifestyle to Zomato’s ₹6 platform fee. Comments included, “This is what happens when you charge a ₹6 platform fee,” and, “If you earn so much from platform fees, restaurants, and customers, your parking will look like this.”
Another user commented, calling it “Investors’ money burning,” while one quipped, “Bought a supercar with my 6 rupees.” Some joked about why their Zomato orders are still delivered on bikes rather than supercars.
