The delivery person, identified as a person of colour, faced derogatory remarks including being referred to as a "brown guy" and a "clown" by the male customer during a standard delivery from the popular Canadian pizza franchise, "Pizza Pizza." The incident, documented on TikTok, escalated due to a dispute over the worker's inability to provide change in cash to the customer.

In the video, the customer insisted on receiving cash change for a $20 bill, leading to a heated exchange where the customer hurled insults at the delivery agent. Despite the worker's attempts to contact customer service for guidance, the abuse continued, with the customer mocking the worker's accent and refusing to cooperate.
