Praachiii captioned the screenshot, "imagine being 25 and still pulling the mom said no card," and the employee's message read, "Hello ma'am, Good Afternoon! I wanted to request a half day this Saturday... pls na ma'am, i really need to, my mom will kill me."

The post received serious responses, with one user advising, "never work for a company where you need to cry for leaves," and another stating, "If you are in a job, never ask permission for leave, start to inform that you will be taking leave."
