A viral post on X has ignited a debate about corporate culture and how Gen Z employees should handle leave requests. The post, shared by user Praachiii, showed a screenshot of an employee's leave request and the employer's pleading response.

Praachiii captioned the screenshot, "imagine being 25 and still pulling the mom said no card," and the employee's message read, "Hello ma'am, Good Afternoon! I wanted to request a half day this Saturday... pls na ma'am, i really need to, my mom will kill me."
