While embarking on a 140-kilometer spiritual journey from Jamnagar to Dwarka, Anant encountered a vehicle transporting 250 chickens bound for a slaughterhouse. Deeply touched by their plight, he made a swift decision to intervene and save them. Reports indicate that the incident took place in the early hours near Khambhalia town in Devbhumi Dwarka district.
A video capturing the incident has quickly gained traction on social media, featuring Anant Ambani holding a chicken in his hands. In the clip, he is heard instructing his team in Gujarati, saying, “Save them all… buy them. Pay their owner and we will take care of them now.” Without hesitation, he bought the chickens at double the price and ensured their safe transfer to Vantara, an animal sanctuary.
