In a viral video, a married woman claims she was harassed by a drunken couple outside Garden Galleria Mall in Noida. The incident occurred on Monday night while she was with her husband and brother-in-law. The woman alleges that a man asked about her "rate," prompting a confrontation between the two groups.
"A man asked me my rate while I was standing with my husband and brother-in-law. A woman accompanying the man threatened us, boasting about her father's and uncle's positions as DSPs. I told her this doesn’t matter and questioned if such behavior wouldn't anger any husband or brother-in-law. When they confronted the man, the woman threatened to falsely implicate us," the woman recounts in the video. She also criticized the police, saying, "While the woman and the man are sitting inside with the police, we have been denied entry. Is this the justice that CM Yogi Adityanath talks about?"
Police arrived on the scene and took both groups to the station, but no written complaints were filed. The individuals involved, reportedly from Gaur City, decided to settle the matter privately. The woman later made another video on Tuesday, thanking Noida police for their prompt action and confirming that the issue had been resolved.
The accused woman claimed the altercation began when the victim's husband allegedly grabbed her hand while dancing, leading to the fight.
