Actress Vidya Balan recently made headlines after her video with a young girl  went viral on social media platform. Few days back paparazzi's spotted Vidya Balan at Mumbai airport with a young girl and soon one of the paparazzi account shared the video on their social media page with the caption "Vidya Balan and her cute daughter" after which the rumours started spreading that the actress has a secret daughter. Fans started reacting to it and they were shocked and confused how Vidya kept the secret so long from the public eyes.

The news of the actress  having a secret daughter created a buzz on social media and finally Vidya Balan in her recent interview with Hindustan Times have reacted to the rumour and has given her clarification on it. Vidya Balan revealed that the young girl captured with her is her niece Ira, she said, "hat is my sister's daughter Ira! She has twins: a boy Ruhaan and Ira." So, there you go everyone. But yes, she dotes on her niblings like a mother. The actor has always been vocal about her love for them, and calls them her “twin lifelines”.

On work front, Vidya Balan was last seen in film  "Neeyat" in which she portrayed the role of detective.
