Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltha Chashma Actor Shailesh Lodha Wins Lawsuit Worth Rs 1 Crore Against Show's Producer Asit Modi!

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltha Chashma show has been entertaining audience for 14 years. Recently, the show and the starcast have been in the spotlight for many controversies that are going around with the producer of the show. Many actors have accused the producer of the show Asit Modi for disrescpecting and for paying irregularly  to the actors. 

Actor Shailesh Lodha who played a pivotal role  in the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltha Chashma for 14 years had quit the show last year. This news came as shock for many fans and the rumours had come that there were some tiff going on between him and the producer of the show Asit Modi. He did not say anthing back then and had said that he will talk about it when the right time will come. 

Shailesh won the legal case against Asit Modi

According to the latest report, The tiff between Shailesh Lodha and Asit Modi went on to the cout rooms and legal battle was fought betwen them. According to the reports, Shailesh had approched to National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for the clearance of his long dues. Under the section 9 of the insolvency and bankruptcy code. The case was "settled between the two parties and the consent terms by the counsel for the parties."

As per the reports and the settlement terms, Shailesh Lodhi will be paid Rs 1,05,84000 by producer Asit Modi. After the hearing of the verdict, Shailesh finally broke his silence and spoke to the media and said, "It was about seeking justice and self-respect. I feel like I have won a battle and I am happy that the truth has prevaile" and he added, "didn't bow down to the arm-twisting".

Earlier, actress Jennifer Mistry and Monik Bhandoriya have reportedly charged Asit Modi of haassment and have accused him og misbehaving with them
