Hollywood couple, Singer Joe Jonas and actress Sophie Turner confirmed their divorce news through releasing a joint statement. Few days back TMZ, had reported that trouble had sparked in Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's marriage. Many sources confirmed that Joe Jonas was filing for divorce from Sophie Turner. Earlier, reports came out that the couple were living seprately from each other and in last six months they were having serious problem. They took to their Instagram handle to release a joint statement, they revealed that their decision to part ways was taken 'amicably'.
The statement they released, stated, " Statement from the two of us. After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutully decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children".

According to an AP report, Joe Jonas is seeking joint custody for their children, as stated in the divorce documents. The couple had a prenuptial agreement that Jonas expects to be enforced, as mentioned in filing.
The couple started dating each other back in 2016, when Joe Jonas slided into Sophie's Instagram dm and contacted her. Their love story led into a suprise wedding, they secretly got married in Las Vegas in 2019. The couple have two daughters together who were born in 2020 and 2022.
