Samay Raina and Ranveer Allahbadia have been under fire ever since their controversial remarks on the 'India's Got Latent' out sparked an online fury. After multiple complaints and FIRs, they found themselves in the middle of legal proceedings. The internet and fans are currently divided, as some believe the YouTubers are getting what they deserve, while others believe the whole matter has been blown out of proportion. Amid all this, recently stand-up comedian Daniel Fernandes asked India's Got Latent fans not to worry about Samay Raina.

Daniel, in his recent gig, took a jibe at the state of affairs in the country and assured Samay that he would be out of this case after writing an essay.

During his recent performance, Daniel reportedly stated, "Many Samay fans in the nation are very concerned about him," according to the sources.  Are you correct?  Does he worry you?  Don't worry, because the way things are done in this nation, he will only be asked to write a 300-word essay before being sent away."

He went on: "Hey, here's the thing, India certainly has a sense of humour.  Simply put, we are unaware of it.

Daniel Fernandes went on to talk about Ranveer Allahbadia and the controversy his comments provoked.
Are you all up to date on the news from the past week?  The other problems in India have all been fixed, so there is only one headline everywhere.  Indian comedy outrage is similar to flu season.  Approximately every six months, someone will view a video and say, "My feelings," Fernandes said.

However, he also recognized the gravity of the situation, given that it has taken a legal turn.
However, the reaction is rather harsh this time.  You've noticed?  There are some disastrous repercussions from what has occurred.  Several FIRs were made, and recordings were removed," the comic claimed.

Samay, Ranveer, and Apoorva have been prohibited from broadcasting any shows in the interim according to the SC's ruling.  Although Ranveer has been granted temporary release, his passport has been seized.
