Recently reports claimed that Ekta Kapoor is expecting the second time through surrogacy. The reports claimed that the producer decided to have a second child because her 5-year-old son, Ravie, wanted a sibling. The reports also say that Ekta’s parents – Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor were also in support of her decision.

But, a source close to Ektaa Kapoor has dismissed her rumours saying it is “false”. While speaking to the media, the source said that such claims must be verified before publishing. “It’s unacceptable to spread false information just for the sake of clicks in an exclusive article. Respectfully, journalists should verify facts with the team before publishing. It is absolutely funny and laughable that people come up with these news”, the source said.

Ekta Kapoor is a famous Indian producer, owner of the production company, Balaji Telefilms and made daily soaps famous in India. She has created many popular Indian shows like Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Naagin, Bade Ache Lagte Hai and many more, that have become household names. Recently, she is co-produced the film Crew which was a massive success. 

Ekta Kapoor announced in 2019 that she has a son conceived through surrogacy named Ravie, who celebrated his fifth birthday this January. Not just her, but her brother Tushaar Kapoor conceived his son, Laksshya through surrogacy.
