'Dear Bengaluru India, I was so looking forward to performing in your amazing city but due to technical issues, we've been forced to cancel both shows.
We tried everything but because the audience can't hear the comedians on stage there's literally no way to do a show. We'll make sure all ticket holders receive a full refund and again I'm so sorry for both the inconvenience and disappointment this has never happened to us before,''

Number of fans were extremly disppointed at the BookMyShow app for bad management and organising skills and for the inconvenience caused to them. One user wrote, "The show got cancelled yesterday. BookMyShow posted this 12 hours ago. And yet, their sms & mail saying it's cancelled came only now about an hour ago. People have travelled all the way from far off states. Did you expect everyone to have checked Twitter and known, @bookmyshow ?!". Another user, wrote, "Payment happens instantly. Otherwise timeout happens. Why does a refund take so many days? This is applicable to all refunds and not just BMS". And another person tweeted, "They never bother to organise any event properly. Paisa dekho bas. Last event I attended had to snatch away the POS machine from the cashier only then they bend down and helped solve the issue. Or else they're are like all are sub vendors we don't know nor we can help. U deal".
