On October 17, Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt received the National Award for Best Actress for Gangubai Kathiawadi in Delhi. She was accompanied by her husband actor Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt looked stunning in her wedding outfit, She chose to re-use her white Sabyasachi wedding saree for the special day. Many videos and pictures of her from the event have surfaced online and are now going viral on social media. Fans are showering their love on actress, they are appreciating her for her choice of fashion from the event.

Alia Bhatt rocked her wedding saree again at the National Award 2023, She looked gorgeous in her white ivory saree designed by Sabyasachi, it had detailed golden embroidery in it. She complimented it with a choker-neck piece and earrings. She tied her hair in bun and completed the look with simple eye-make-up and nude lips. Whereas, husband-actor Ranbir Kapoor wore a bandgala blazar and pants. She took to her Instagram stories and she revealed why she repeated her wedding saree at National Awards, she wrote, "A special day calls for a special outfit. And sometimes, that outfit is already right there. What’s special once can be special again. And again...,” Alia urged her fans to "repeat, reuse and rewear" their clothes.
