A big clap for the director Aniruddha Roy for a fantastic characters details defined in 136 minutes. Amitabh Bachchan was a knight in shining armor. Watch out for him in the second half when he questions the witnesses in the courtroom. It was unforgettable performance which should be lauded for its sheer brilliance. Among the actors – Tapsee Pannu and Kirti Kulhari was mindblowing with their natural performances. Angad Bedi does well as menacing character while Piyush Mishra, was powerful. The court-room drama started slow at the box office but picked up eventually to a mindblowing Rs 65 crores against a budget of just Rs 26 crores.
Raaz Reboot (2016)
After the successful movies in the Raaz franchise, the fourth part in the series Raaz Reboot was a big disappointment at the box office. The movie, clashed with Pink and was more popular but the bad reviews and terrible trailer did not excite the audience and failed to build curiosity.
