Khakee (2004)

Directed by extremely talented Rajkummar Santoshi, the multi-starrer cop drama, Khakee, was very written, scripted comprising of wonderful performances by the entire star cast. Though the film did about above average business collecting Rs 25.79 crore against a budget of Rs 26 crore, it earned critical acclaim over the years.

Raaz 2 – The Mystery Continues (2007)

Once a popular franchise, Raaz 2 boasted off star cast like Kangana Ranaut and Emraan Hashmi. Directed by Vikram Bhatt, Raaz 2 had soothing music by Pritam, interesting story line and enduring performances by the star cast. The horror mystery drama collected Rs 25.49 crore against a budget of Rs 18 crore and turned out to be “Hit” at the box office.

Baby (2015)

Move over commercial masala potboilers with item songs, hero smashing 10 guys with a single blow and typical song-dance routine -Neeraj Pandey’s BABY will give you goosebumps with fact-paced gritting thrills and excitement. Starring Akshay Kumar, Danny and Anupamm Kher in lead roles, BABY was nail-biting , reality-based action thriller that is going to give you goose bumps. Made at a budget of Rs 75 crore, BABY turned out to be profitable collecting Rs 82 crore at the domestic box office.
