These Films Have Released In Theaters Adding Flavor To The Festive Season

While there were few films likes Kedarnath, PM Narendra Modi, Thappad, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhaan, Malang, Tanhaji and WAR which were re-released in theaters on 15th October as part of Unlock 5.0, the producers of Hindi and Bengali films have decided to release few more films in theaters yesterday on the occasion of Dusshera.

KGF (Re-released)

Kannada film KGF (Kolar Gold Field) was the surprise hit in Hindi language despite competing with Shah Rukh Khan starrer Zero at the time of the release. As the action-drama entered in its fourth week, it collected a handsome Rs 43.42 crores becoming the fourth highest grossing dubbed Hindi film after Baahubali 2, 2.0 and Baahubali – The Beginning.

No the makers have decided to re-release the film from 23rd-29th October.

Marjaavaan (Re-Released)

Marjaavaan had a good run despite the negative reviews from both critics and audience, at the box office. The masala entertainer, starring Sidharth Malhotra, Tara Sutaria and Rakul Preet, collected a solid Rs 48.04 crore and now has released in theaters as of 23rd October.

Satyamev Jayate (Re-released)

Satyameva Jayate became the highest grossing film of John Abraham as a solo hero inspite of clashing with Akshay Kumar starrer Gold in 2018, collecting a solid Rs 90.39 crore and now has released in theaters as of 23rd October.

Durga Puja is the biggest festival in West Bengal and there have been few Bengali films like Dracula Sir, Rawkto Rawhoshyo and SOS Kolkata which have been released in theaters in few parts of Kolkata and have got good response from the audience. These films have released in the 300 seaters cinemas which have the audience capacity of 120-130.
