Larry King, an entertainer for CNN and other networks, has died at 87 today.

The politician was admitted in a hospital in Los Angeles after he tested positive for COVID-19 virus. He had been facing health issues for several years, he had a fatal stroke in 2019 and diabetes.

He had been hospitalised at Cedars Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles.

Everyone watched Larry’s interview world leaders on CNN’s ‘Larry King Live’, from 1985 to 2010. He made his show one of the networks prime attractions with lots of interviews, current issues debate, political news, and viewers phone calls.

Critics charged Larry of doing pre-interview research and tossing softballs questions to guests who were free to give answers.

In 2007, King told the Hartford Courant, “My duty, as I see it, is I am a conduit. I ask the best questions I can. I listen to the answers. I try to follow up. And hopefully, the audience makes a conclusion. I am not a soapbox talk show host… so what I try to do is present someone in the best light.”
