In this Covid era, everyone is putting hygiene at the top. Everyone wants everything sanitized and don’t want any risk, but surely want to enjoy street food like it was in pre Covid era.
Coronavirus has had an indelible impact on our regular life as we knew it. Sanitising surfaces and wearing masks is the new normal. We think twice before heading out to the market or any other crowded place. Gone are the days when we would quietly sneak out for a quick binge on spicy Pani Puri or a crispy, hot Aloo Tikki. The street food vendors that have reopened in the post-Covid world are facing great problems in enticing customers. However, this Pani Puri vendor may have found an interesting solution to this problem.
As we all know, these days, modern problems require modern solutions, considering this, a pani puri vendor in Raipur has come out with some modern innovation for the pani puri stall he owns.
He has designed a machine which dispenses pani for the puri without any human touch. The automatic Pani Puri machine is basically a no-touch contraption which works based entirely on sensors. The Pani Puri seller hands a plate of puris stuffed with filling to the customer, who then proceeds to the machine to fill them up with the Pani of choice. As soon as the machine detects the Puri placed beneath it, water spouts out of the machine. There were three different kinds of Pani for the Puris – garlic Jal Jeera, Dhaniya Pudina and Khatta Meetha.
This innovation is surely going to help both the customer and the vendor to safeguard the health and avoid risk of any kind in the future.
