The Panorama Spotlight and Twister Entertainment’s documentary Cheer Haran has put light on the unseen side of the Jat Reservation Andolan and the subsequent Haryana. Cheer Haran takes you to the dark side of the Haryana Riots where the peaceful Jaat reservation flared up after sectarian violence. The movie is directed by Kuldeep Ruhil and featured Kuldeep Ruhil as lead character was released on 29th January 2021.
It has become one of the first impactful documentaries to have released in recent times. Cheer Haran not only gained a phenomenal response from the critics and the audiences but also the audience was seen applauding and clapping in the theatres. The documentary has witnessed house full shows in Delhi, Hisar, Rohtak, Faridabad, Gurgaon, and many other cities.
