The Korean school system is pillared into 3 main age groups which go on six years of elementary school, three years of junior high school and three years of senior high school. After these are over the pressure on the heads of the students are increased even higher as they have to give an important examination that basically decides their future. How frustrating it is to know that no kid or student in South Korea has to liberty to do something on their wish. The hierarchical structure of education that they have created is a horrible condition for students to grow in. The thought that if the paper isn’t scored well can end someone’s whole career creates lots and lots of pressure on the students. Due to such reasons, the suicidal rates in South Korea have increased immensely. The parents are putting more pressure on kids as there are not many openings for them and they also have to attend tutorial classes that come after regular college lectures. As per research, it is claimed that an average South Korean student studies for a limited 16 hours and that’s truly wrong for students and little kids. At this age and time student or teenagers need to roam in nature and experience the world gather a few hobbies rather than sulking and staring at a book for exams.
