The Christopher Nolan’s highly anticipated action-thriller Tenet held well in its 2nd Weekend in US while it did well in few parts of world.

From the maker of classic films like Memento, The Prestige, Batman series, Inception and Dunkirk, Christopher Nolan’s Tenet was yet highly anticipated film but due to COVID-19 impact, the thriller got delayed. Warner Bros. released Tenet in 2810 theaters across US cities where the action-thriller collected $20.2 million dollar in its first weekend.

As Tenet won good reviews from both critics and audience like, the action thriller collected $6.7 million dollar which was a steep drop but considering the bad situation in US, this is still a good numbers due to fewer theaters opened across.
Tenet continued to do well in the overseas market where it collected $37.3 million dollar and crossing the $200 million milestone to $207 million across 48 international regions, with China leading the way.
The box office collection of Tenet will be boosted once it opens in few more places like Israel, Japan, Mexico, Romania and Uruguay.
