A former Bigg Boss 11 contestant and popular television actress has come forward with serious allegations of sexual assault against a friend. The incident reportedly occurred in a South Delhi flat on Deoli Road in 2023, as per the complaint registered by the Delhi Police.
According to the complaint, the accused, known to the actress since 2022, invited her to his residence under the pretext of introducing her to some friends. Despite her initial refusal, she eventually agreed to meet him for lunch. During their meeting, the accused allegedly drugged the actress, rendering her unconscious. Taking advantage of the situation, he then reportedly sexually assaulted her. Shockingly, the accused later promised to marry the victim.
The survivor shared her traumatic experience, stating, "The accused has known me since 2022. When I was in Delhi last year, he told me that some of his friends wanted to meet me. I refused, but he kept insisting. As he continued to force a meeting, I met him for lunch. During the meeting, he drugged me and then raped me. Later, he promised to marry me," as reported by Free Press Journal.
Delhi Police have taken swift action, registering an FIR under Section 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code at Tigri police station. As of now, no arrests have been made, but investigative teams have been formed to delve into the matter.
The accused, whose identity has not been disclosed in the available information, is expected to face legal consequences pending the outcome of the investigation. The survivor's courage in coming forward sheds light on the importance of addressing and confronting such grave issues within society.

It is crucial to note that the former Bigg Boss contestant participated in the reality show hosted by superstar Salman Khan.
