A lot of controversies have ignited after the forensic report related to Sushant’s case was released by the AIIMS. According to the Republic TV investigation, the report submitted by AIIMS is forged and they challenged it. Now, the new development comes in the case. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday has released a statement confirming that the probe into actor Sushant Singh Rajput is still ongoing the homicide angle will still be considered.
Thus this statement reveals that the CBI has not ruled out the homicide angle even after the AIIMS report coincides and accord with the findings of the Cooper Hospital the place where Sushant’s autopsy was conducted. Even the circumstantial pieces of evidence also refer it to be a case of suicide.
As per the Republic TV report, the CBI statement comes after Republic TV broadcasted a conversation of Dr. Sudhir Gupta from August 22 wherein he had raised questions and doubts over the Mumbai police investigation and the Cooper Hospital autopsy report in the case.
BJP Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Subramanian Swamy has stated that he will recommend the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Health to summon Dr. Gupta over his claims as well as the tapes, as his associate Ishkaran Bhandari also agreeing with the contents of Republic’s investigation that Dr. Sudhir Gupta wasn’t fully satisfied with the Mumbai Police and Cooper Hospital’s analysis and reports.
