Despite India’s strong showing, former captain and current commentator Sunil Gavaskar voiced his dissatisfaction with the batting order during a discussion on JioCinema.

When India lost Yashasvi Jaiswal as the second wicket, fans eagerly anticipated Virat Kohli's arrival at the crease in the number four position. To everyone’s surprise, Rishabh Pant was sent in first, with Kohli coming in later at fifth.
