1. Supacell
Supacell is a story of a group of South London’s ordinary people who wake up one day with superpowers. When one of those heroes, Michael played by Tosin Cole, is visited by his future self, he warns Michael that he needs to assemble the group in order to stop the boon of killing his girlfriend, Dionne Adelayo Adedayo. The issue is Michael only knows their first names.
2. Bodkin
Another work of Jez Scharf, Bodkin has Will Forte portraying podcaster Gilbert Power who has his assistant Emmy Robyn Cara and an investigative journalist Dove Siobhán Cullen follow him to solve the old case of three missing poeple. Upon reaching, they only understand that not everyone is happy that they are reopening old sorrows.
3. Hysteria
Hysteria! is easily the best new horror comedy of 2024, and it honestly should be insulting that so few people are discussing the new Peacock original show that debuted on October 18th. Three teenagers who are hardly Satanists recreate a series in which they are arrested for heinous crimes in their town during the 1980s. It has Bruce Campbell, Julie Bowen, Anna Camp, Emjay Anthony, Chiara Aurelia, Kezii Curtis and Nikki Hahn in the series. In Hysteria! There is a small blend of it all. It’s a story about death but it is a little dark and sickening but there are some parts were I laughed as well. And, the best part? The cast. In terms of casting, you couldn’t do any better, and the actors are great.
4. Get Millie Black
Get Millie Black stars Tamara Lawrance as Detective Millie-Jean Black, moving from the UK to back to Kingston, Jamaica. Where, millie solves the murder case of a teenager girl.
5. The Cage
“The Cage” is a French sports drama series which first aired on Netflix at November 8, 2024. The show is focused on Taylor Keita played by Melvin Boomer, an aspiring young man who fights in MMA and who wants to turn professional. Taylor’s travail is filled with family and workplace issue such as an abusive mother figure and a rival named Ibrahim Ibara portrayed by a rapper and actor Bosh. The coach potrayed by Franck Gastambide directs Taylor through the evolutions of the MMA through experiences that challenge his spirit and dispositions.
