Prithviraj Sukraman Buys Duplex Worth Rs. 30 Crores in Pali Hill

Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukraman bought a property worth Rs.30 crores on Bandra’s posh area of Pali Hill. The actor and filmmaker’s production house, Prithiviraj Productions Limited, purchased a lavish duplex flat in Mumbai.

The duplex is 2,970 square feet and is located in the Narain Terraces building on Pali Hill in Bandra. The housing society offers ready-to-move-in 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK flats. According to the reports, the actor purchased a flat with four parking spaces of 431 square feet.

The deal was signed on September 12, with a registration fee of Rs.30,000 and stamp duty of Rs. 1.84 crores. The actor and his wife Supriya Menon already own another luxury apartment in the same area in Mumbai worth Rs 17 crores.

Prithviraj Sukraman is a popular Malayalam star, who made his Bollywood debut with the 2012 film ‘Aiyya’. He was also seen 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan', starring alongside Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, and played the role of a villain. He was last seen Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life, Malayalam survival drama film written, directed, and co-produced by Blessy.
