Tamil star Sivakarthikeyan marks his 36th birthday today and he is trending all over around social media with full of wishes and blessings. Fans of him couldn’t stop celebrating this huge day and they even released a stylish color common DP of superstar that has taken the internet on the storm. And the specialty of south fandoms is even other star’s fan clubs share birthday wishes with the photos of their idol along with who’s born day it is.

Marking it Sivakarthikeyan’s birthday we’ll look into his bunch of upcoming films in detail.

First, it is Doctor, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and bankrolled by KJR Studios in association with Sivakarthikeyan’s home banner. It also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, who was last seen in Nani’s Telugu film Gang Leader, also Vinay, Yogi Babu, Ilavarasu, Archana, and it is said that Yogi Babu’s portions with Sivakarthikeyan are a laugh riot.

Cinematography will be handled by Nirmal and the music will be composed by one and only Anirudh Ravchander which is the sixth film of him with Siva as a lead actor. And for the terrific stunt & action sequences makers have approached by National-award-winning choreographer duo Anbariv.

The film is based on a kidney transplant racket which is tipped to be another dark comedy like Nelson’s debut film. The shooting for the film was wrapped last month by announcing it on social media and also recently the actor said that he even finished with his dubbing. The Doctor will hit in your nearest theatres from 26th March 2021.

The second film of Sivakarthikeyan is ‘Ayalaan’ directed by Ravikumar R of Indru Netru Naalai fame. Its first still release has caught everyone’s eyes as it featured Siva and an alien marking it has a sci-fi film around whom the plot revolves. It has leading actresses Rakul Preet Singh and the key role for Isha Koppikar (speculated to be that of the antagonist), marking her comeback in Kollywood after many years, also they have Yogi Babu and Karunakaran.

The film will be produced by R. D. Raja and Kotapadi J. Rajesh under their production banners 24AM Studios and KJR Studios, cinematography by Nirav Shah, editing by  Ruben, and we have Oscar-award winning music composer on-board, AR Rahman.

The makers of Ayalaan have recently wrapped their entire shooting schedule on January 24 and it is said that they are planning for a December 2021 theatrical release, as the film requires extensive post-production work, given that this is a visual effects-intensive project. And the interesting part is that the reports are said to be Sivakarthikeyan will be seen playing a triple role for the first time in his career, though an official confirmation on the same is expected, it sounds so thrilled will be top of the world if it is true.

After finish shooting for Doctor and Ayalaan SK has launched another film titled ‘Don’, a couple of weeks ago. It has a debutant director Cibi Chakaravarthy and produced by Lyca Productions in association with SK Productions. And we have Anirudh Ravichander as a music composer for the film.

According to the reports, SK will shoot continuously for 40 days in Coimbatore with two schedules of almost 20 days each. Moreover, the actor will be seen as a college student for the first time. Interestingly, Siva who is an engineer in real life will be seen playing an engineer onscreen with ‘Don’.

Sivakarthikeyan also awaits the release of his production venture Vaazhl, directed by Arun Prabhu Purushothaman, who made a splash with his critically-acclaimed debut film Aruvi. Touted to be a travelogue music drama, starring nonagenarian actor SN Bhatt, the shooting of the film was wrapped up in 75 days. Vaazhl was reportedly shot in more than 100 locations.
