Recently, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal’s superhit much-awaited film ‘Drishyam 2’ got released on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video and it has been garnered with a lot of rave reviews by saying it matched with our expectations, worth awaiting of 7 years, the sequel is as thrilling as its first part, and a many more positive comments.
Adding to the list of celebrities receiving their dose of covid-19 vaccination, latestly it is Mohanlal. The actor took to his Instagram with pictures of him while receiving the dose and wrote, “Took the First Shot of Covid Vaccine from Amrita Hospital.”
And further he thanked the government and medical staff for their cooperation shown during the covid vaccination drive, the note further read as, “I take this opportunity to thank the Government of India, the companies which are producing the vaccine & the medical fraternity, including all hospitals, for their relentless assistance and cooperation shown towards the COVID Vaccination Drive.”

Before this, actors like Kamal Haasan, Hema Malini, Saif Ali Khan, and other celebs Rakesh Roshan, Satish Shah, Johnny Lever, Shilpa Shirodkar, Ram Charan’s wife Upsana have taken their first dose of the vaccine.
On the work front of Mohanlal, apart from Drishyam 2, he has already come in shooting for his upcoming film ‘Aaraattu’, which is set to hit theatres on August 12. And his other film Marakkar: Lion of the Arabian Sea release date is been postponed from March 26 to May 13.
