This live action outing takes us to the small but important elements from the animated cartoon and doesn't loose its iconic sight. Though those who enjoyed Chhota Bheem TV episodes or animated movies back in the days as a cartoon would rarely enjoy this live-action attempt but kids will surely enjoy it to the fullest. The film is filled with adventourous drama and soft comic moments majorly given by the character of 'Kalia,' played by Kabir Sajid.

In any live-action remake of any cartoon casting plays the most important part. Fourtunately, Director Rajiv Chilaka and makers have managed to look for the best cast possible! As Bheem played by Yagya Bhasin is as shining as Bheem used to be in the cartoons, he gives similar vibes and pulled off the character easily. On the other hand, Kabir Sajid as Kalia, Divyam Dawar and Daivik Dawar as his stooges Dholu-Bholu, and Advik Jaiswal as Raju perform well and succeeds in giving some comic moments. While, Navneet Kaur Dhillon as one of the villains tries too hard to look like a bad person. Anupam Kher as Guruji and Makrand Deshpande as Skandi performs well and provides some strength to the acting part.

The film gets stretched out with the songs in it which doesn't take forward the story and just act like fillers. While, visuals of the film works well as the story demands but could have been better especially in the stunt and action sequences. The poor and repetative action shots makes it feel predictable and boring after a point.

The length of the movie is a concerning point as if it would hold anyone's attention for that long period. While some loopholes in the film would want viewers to skip it. The film announces the next live-action part with Chhota Bheem and Kirmada, which seems like has a more developed story but it would be interesting to see how it will be made and if director would consider any takeaways from this one.
