It seems like Ranbir Kapoor and alia Bhatt are taking their relationship one step forward. Ranbir Kapoor with girlfriend Alia and mother Neetu Kapoor were clicked by the paparazzi on Thursday while going out and about in Mumbai. They visited Krishna Raj bungalow situated in Chembur to inspect the construction which is currently going on. Now what is the exact plan of their heritage bungalow which was bought by Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in 1980. The bungalow was named after Rishi Kapoor’s parents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Kapoor, which has been home to Rishi and Neetu and their kids Ranbir and Riddhima for 35 years.

The Kapoors decided to demolish the bungalow in order to make way for a 15 storey high-rise. According to the plans submitted by Rishi and Neetu Kapoor architect Yomesh Rao, the new building will have a basement, ground floor, while the first six floors will be specifically used as car parking space, to accommodate the Kapoor’s 45 cars.

The upper floors will have seven luxury flats, including two triplex and five smaller flats. The building will have two flats of 1,100 and 2,000 sq ft, from seventh floor upwards, followed by another two flats on eighth floor of 1,100 and 930 sq ft each. Reports further reveal that the 9th, 10th and 11th floors will host a triplex of 4,500 sq ft, followed by another triplex on 12th, 13th and 14th floors. The luxurious building will also have an open swimming pool on the terrace and a lounge.

While Ranbir and Neetu Kapoor keep visiting the construction site quite often for inspection, this was the first time we spotted Alia Bhatt.
