It’s back to Monday. After chilling out for two whole days, it is extremely difficult to start with the weekly grind. In fact, you don’t feel like getting back to the workstation and jab those keys and start writing an article out of thin air. You want to still relax and wait for the Monday Morning Blues to end and get out of the sleepy inertia. But if you got to achieve something in life, then you need to overcome this laziness and get into action.
But what will inspire you to work harder? Let’s be honest to each other. Most of us have been battling heavy schedules all week long. Then we get just two days of relaxation. But this so-called relaxation is just in the name and not something real. We spend the rest of the days catching up with the work that we were unable to do during the week days. Also, there are a lot of family demands. So it’s more work, albeit of a different kind.
So what is that which can really keep us going on and on until we do not achieve our goals. Then it is none other than Steve Jobs’ quote that will make us put more than we are capable of and put in more than is required.
Here is one of Steve’s famous quotes –
“If you live each day as if it were your last, someday you‘ll be right. Every morning I looked in the mirror and asked myself: If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I do today? ”
Don’t these lines get you all pumped up and inspired and encourages you to achieve all your goals? So, forget all the pain and start moving ahead, Soldier, for the whole of the existence awaits your arrival.
